Always knot your ends with a plyed or corespun yarn so they do not unravel while you weave or if you are using it as fringe.

I am located in Canada, why do I charge US dollars? Because fiber is traded globally in USD. I only have 1 Canadian supplier. The rest are in the USA, India & China etc...Everything I buy is in USD. 98% of my customer's are in the USA & the rest are international. Australia alone out sells Canada. I find it easier to just keep everything in USD.

We charge shipping after you buy so we can give you the most accurate prices.
Shipping is quite reasonable except if you want to order 1 top to B.C then it is ridiculous, it's better to shop multiple items.

Paypal changed it's policies recently so it now costs us money to refund you.

We prefer to not do returns so we are charging a 5% restocking fee on all returns or we issue you a credit for the full amount.

Please ship the return within 1 week of receiving the order & email us the tracking number.
